Schedule / Job TypeContract | Nights | Every Other Weekend (EOW) and Every Other Holiday (EOH) required
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care on a Transplant Medical-Surgical / Telemetry / Step-Down Unit during night shift hours
- Monitor and assess patients requiring telemetry and step-down level care, including post-transplant populations
- Participate in every other weekend and every other holiday scheduling as required
- Assume intermittent charge nurse responsibilities as needed; charge training and shadowing opportunities are available
Required Qualifications- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Ohio or compact eligibility
- Experience in Medical-Surgical, Telemetry, or Step-Down nursing
- Ability to work night shifts, every other weekend, and every other holiday
Preferred Experience / Skills- Prior experience in a transplant or specialty Med-Surg environment
- Charge nurse experience or demonstrated leadership skills
- Familiarity with telemetry monitoring and step-down patient acuity levels
