Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care on a 21-bed general medical observation unit
• Manage patients presenting with conditions including COPD, pneumonia, infections, and UTIs
• Monitor and manage patients on telemetry in a medical/surgical setting
• Operate and manage patients requiring Bi-PAP and high-flow oxygen therapy
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure safe, quality patient outcomes

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Medical/Surgical or Telemetry nursing
• BLS certification required
• ACLS certification required
• Must have a verifiable permanent address at least 50 miles from the facility to be eligible

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with general medical observation patient populations
• Familiarity with Bi-PAP equipment and high-flow oxygen delivery systems
• Strong telemetry monitoring and interpretation skills
