Job Title: Float Pool RN Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: Critical Care Duration: 18 Shift: Full-Time 3x12 day shift Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum 1-year experience in MedSurg/Tele/Critical Care Units License: Currently licensed as a registered professional nurse Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS required through the American Heart Association, NIHSS Must-Have: BSN ACLS, BLS, PALS, NIHSS Basic Coronary Care within 6 months of hire CPI certification within 90 days of hire Description: Position requires cross-training for multiple units including MedSurg, ICU, and Emergency Room. Ability to assess patient data and identify care needs specific to age.
