Key Responsibilities of the RN - MedSurg/Tele- Provide care for inpatients on med surg units with conditions like diabetes, hypertension, infections, and cardiac issues
- Perform trach care, chest tube management, and PIV starts
- Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms
- Manage drips including insulin, heparin, and Cardizem
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for care coordination and discharge planning
Requirements of the RN - MedSurg/Tele- Minimum of 2 years Med/Tele RN experience
- BLS certification required
- ACLS certification preferred
- Strong assessment and time management skills
