Responsibilities include regularly assessing patient needs and providing skilled nursing services as prescribed in the physician-ordered plan of care. Evaluating the effectiveness of treatment plans and patient conditions is essential. Collaboration with team members to update and revise treatment plans based on current assessments is expected.
