All past employees of the float pool are not eligible to work travel in another market within 12 months. Contractors are required to work 1-2 of the three upcoming holidays unless the unit is closed. Responsibility to float between Med Surg Stepdown. Patient ratios are 1:4/5 during days/evenings and 1:6 at nights. The types of patients include all types involved with med surg stepdowns. Scrub colors required are black and navy. Critical care experience is nice to have. Client and oncology care experience are preferred. Work history must include progressive care, stepdown, or medical surgical experience. Skills checklist must be specific to the discipline listed. References must be from within the last 24 months.
