# Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse (RN) Medical Oncology – Idaho
Start Date: November 23, 2026
Location: Idaho Falls, Idaho
Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants
Schedule: Night shift, 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM, 48 hours per week, 13-week assignment
Highlights:- Join a 39-bed Medical Oncology unit with a strong team of 60 nursing professionals
- Patient ratio of 1:6 on night shift with dedicated charge nurse, CNA, and unit secretary support
- Work with modern equipment including Alaris IV pumps, Pyxis, Arjo lifts, and Meditech EMR
- Two weekends per month; on-call only during low-volume periods
- May float to Surgical/Orthopedic and Rehab units as needed
- Computers available in every patient room for efficient charting and documentation
Requirements:- Active RN license in Idaho or compact state eligibility
- Current BLS certification
- Exceptional communication skills and strong time management abilities
- Demonstrated commitment to medication safety (minimum 98% safe scanning and administration)
- Chemotherapy certification preferred but not required
- Flexibility to work days or nights is a plus
