Must be comfortable floating to various units (Med-Surg, ICU, ER). Description: Full-time position for an experienced Registered Nurse. Shifts are daytime, requiring weekend and holiday rotations. Two on-call shifts are required every four weeks. Candidates must be cross-trained for multiple units. Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion is essential. Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills are required. Computer literacy is preferred, with experience in electronic medical records. Candidates must demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide age-appropriate care. This role includes assessing and interpreting data relevant to patient status for pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric populations. Certification in Basic Coronary Care is required within six months of hire. CPI certification is required within 90 days of hire. Certification by a relevant professional nursing association is preferred within two years of hire. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities effectively is essential.
