Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse (RN) – Orthopedic/Neurology/Pediatrics Unit – Virginia

Schedule: Day and night shift positions available; Patient ratios 1:5 to 1:6; 30-bed unit with potential expansion to 36 beds

- Meditech EMR system; standard equipment includes Baxter IV pumps, Medfusion pumps, and SCDs
- Consistently high patient experience scores measured through HCAHPS surveys
Requirements:
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- PALS certification preferred for pediatric patient care
- Experience with post-operative orthopedic care preferred
- Team-oriented mindset with positive attitude and strong patient advocacy
