Position highlights include a flex day/night rotation and 12-hour shifts. You will primarily care for adult Med/Surg patients with occasional pediatric patients. You will also have the opportunity to serve as Charge RN when needed. This position offers valuable critical access hospital experience with a broad scope of practice including medical, surgical, observation, swing bed, outpatient, and occasional pediatric care. You will coordinate and deliver exceptional patient care while working alongside a dedicated interdisciplinary team. You will have the opportunity to care for a wide variety of patients and practice at the top of your license. Using the nursing process, you will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care while meeting the physiological, psychosocial, spiritual, and developmental needs of patients across the lifespan. You will collaborate closely with providers, nursing leadership, and support staff to ensure safe, compassionate, and high-quality care. You will be an essential member of a close-knit team dedicated to providing exceptional care to the community. You will build meaningful patient relationships, work with supportive colleagues, and enjoy the opportunity to use the full breadth of your nursing skills. Travel nurses are responsible for securing their own housing accommodations, though local housing resources and recommendations are available to assist with your search. All required credentials must be uploaded prior to the start date to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
