TravelNurseSource is working with Revolution Healthcare Services to find a qualified Med/Surg RN in Tuba City, Arizona, 86045!

Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse – Arizona

Start Date: August 24, 2026

Location: Northwestern Arizona

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: Full-time nursing position with comprehensive inpatient/outpatient services

Highlights:
  • Work at a JCAHO-accredited regional health care facility serving a culturally rich, diverse community on the Colorado Plateau
  • Provide care across multiple specialties including emergency services, surgical services, orthopedics, OB/GYN, and dental services
  • Support a 4,400 square mile service area as part of a collaborative interdisciplinary medical team
  • Serve Native American communities including Navajo, Hopi, and Southern Paiute populations
  • Limited shared housing available at $600 per month based on availability (individual occupancy only)
  • Orientation provided every 2 weeks to support successful onboarding
Requirements:
  • Valid, current, full and unrestricted Nursing License to practice in any U.S. state, Puerto Rico, or U.S. territory
  • Minimum 2 years of experience working as a nurse in an acute or sub-acute facility
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association
  • Current Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification from the American Heart Association
  • Completion of Trauma Care After Resuscitation (TCAR) within six months of hire
  • Completion of NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) within six months of hire
