The nurse collaborates with other professional disciplines to ensure effective and efficient patient care delivery and the achievement of desired patient outcomes.

This position reports to the Nurse Manager/Director. The nurse operates within established organizational and departmental policies and procedures. If needed, the traveler may be asked to float outside of these units. In such cases, the Registered Nurse would not take an assignment and would only assist with tasks such as vital signs, IV placement, answering the phone, etc.
