- **Number of Beds:** 36
- **Staffing:** 55 dedicated employees
- **Day Shift:**
- 1 Clinical Coordinator
- 6 RNs
- 3 Techs
- 1 Unit Secretary
- **Night Shift:**
- 1 Clinical Coordinator
- 6 RNs
- 2 Techs
- **Patient Ratios:** 1:6
- **Equipment:** Baxter IV pumps, Medfusion pumps, SCDs
- **EMR System:** Meditech
**Candidate Requirements:**
- **Must Have:**
- BLS Certification
- **Preferred Skills:**
- Experience with post-operative patients
- Competent in dressing changes, wound care, and drain management
**Typical Procedures:**
- Care for post-operative patients
- Maintain drains
- Provide wound care
