Key Responsibilities
Provide direct patient care in a Medical Surgical unit across rotating day and night 12-hour shifts
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for assigned patients
Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure safe and effective patient outcomes
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient status and care provided
Adhere to facility policies, nursing standards, and regulatory requirements throughout all shifts including weekends
Required Qualifications
Active Minnesota RN License
BLS certification through AHA required
ACLS certification through AHA required
Minimum of one year of hospital nursing experience
Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required
Preferred Experience / Skills
AHA PALS certification preferred
TNCC certification preferred
