Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a Medical Surgical setting as part of a float pool
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality patient outcomes
• Adapt to varying unit needs and patient populations as a float pool nurse
• Adhere to facility policies, procedures, and clinical best practices

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Ohio or compact eligibility
• Current BLS certification required
• Ability to work day shift hours (7:00 AM - 7:30 PM)
• Availability to work every other weekend and every other holiday
• Willingness and ability to float to multiple units as assigned

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a Medical Surgical setting
• Previous float pool experience preferred
• Strong adaptability and clinical critical thinking skills
