Patient ratios are 1:4 during the day and 1:6 during the night. Candidates should be open to floating as needed. Weekend work is required every other weekend. Experience with remote monitoring and use of rapid response teams is needed. Preferred experience includes managing post-cardiac surgery, post-myocardial infarction cases, and pre/post-hemodialysis management. Candidates will be responsible for caring for patients with a variety of diagnoses, including those requiring colostomy and ileostomy management. Special procedures include colon resections, urological procedures, and gynecological surgeries. Interdisciplinary support will include collaboration with various teams. Experience with charting systems is required. Candidates must be willing to provide required documentation and meet compliance requirements. Clearance to start is dependent upon background checks and other compliance measures.
