Description:
Seeking a Registered Nurse for a Nephrology unit.
The position involves providing care to patients with kidney-related conditions.
The nurse will work with both geriatric and adult populations.
Experience in Med/Surg is required.
Nephrology experience is preferred but not mandatory.
The nurse will utilize equipment such as VS machines, bladder scanners, lifts, and IV pumps.
Patient ratios are approximately 1:4 to 1:6.
Common diagnoses include end-stage renal disease, peritoneal dialysis, and hemodialysis.
The role may involve floating as needed based on facility requirements.
Charge nurse experience is preferred but not necessary.
