Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans for medical-surgical patients.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, monitoring for effectiveness and adverse reactions.
- Monitor and document patient vital signs, symptoms, and overall condition.
- Collaborate effectively with physicians, other nurses, and interdisciplinary team members to optimize patient outcomes.
- Provide patient and family education regarding diagnoses, treatment plans, and discharge instructions.
- Maintain accurate and comprehensive electronic health records.
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of recent experience in a Medical-Surgical setting.
