Key Responsibilities of the RN - Med Surg - Travel

• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in MedSurg/Tele units
• Manage trauma level 1 cases such as GSW, Stabbing, and MVA.
• Handle patients with conditions like stroke, heart failure, and chest pain
• Perform fluid resuscitation, oxygen administration, and cardiac rhythm interpretation
• Administer medications and manage cardiac drips and blood products

Requirements of the RN - Med Surg - Travel

• Valid RN license
• BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications
• Minimum 2 years of experience in MedSurg/Tele
• Proficient in stroke care, cardiac rhythm interpretation, and trach care
