Seven Healthcare are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) specialized in Medical-Surgical/Telemetry for a travel assignment in Albemarle, NC. This is an exciting opportunity in a supportive work environment, offering an optimal setting with an advanced primary stroke center.

Key Responsibilities of the RN - MedSurg/Tele- Provide high-quality nursing care to patients with conditions such as stroke, COPD, chest pain, altered mental status, and GI bleed.
- Perform NIH assessments, manage chest tubes, PIV starts, trach care, and cardiac rhythm interpretation.
- Coordinate medication gtt management including cardiac drips, heparin, blood products, and IVF.
- Ensure accurate documentation using Epic EMR system.
- Collaborate with CNAs, charge nurses, and interdisciplinary teams.
- Maintain flexibility to float within the region per facility needs.
Requirements of the RN - MedSurg/Tele- 18 months of Med/Tele experience
- Current BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications
- Proficient in general Med/Tele skills including stroke experience
