- Shift: Evening (7P - 7:30A)
- Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 36
- Weekend Hours: 23
- Call Requirements: No
- Required Certifications: BLS
- Minimum Years of Experience: 1+
- Float Requirements: No
- **Unit Information:**
- Number of Beds: Max patient load is currently 18, with plans to increase to 24
- Patient Ratios: 6:1
- Equipment: Bladder scanner, glucometers, etc.
- EHR: Medhost
- Supervisor: Kelley Dockery, Director of MedSurg/ICU
- Patient Population: Adults and Geriatric; No pediatric patients
- **Hiring Profile:**
- **Must Have Skills/Experience:** BLS
- **Preferred Skillset/Experience:** Critical care thinking
- **Common Diagnosis/Treatment:** Pneumonia, CVA, CP, post-surgical, electrolyte imbalances, DVT, etc.
- **Personality Fit:** Team player who values a family-like atmosphere
- **Required Education:** Certifications/licensure required to work as an RN in TN
