TravelNurseSource is working with Malone Healthcare to find a qualified Med/Surg RN in Jacksonville, Florida, 32233!
Key Responsibilities
Provide direct patient care on a Medical/Surgical unit in accordance with facility protocols and nursing standards
Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions throughout assigned shifts
Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
Participate in every other weekend rotation as part of the standard scheduling requirement
Work any holidays that fall on a regularly scheduled shift
Required Qualifications
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license required
Expected 36 hours per week
Preferred Experience / Skills
Prior experience in a Medical/Surgical inpatient setting
Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
Ability to adapt to a rotating schedule including weekends and holidays
