Key Responsibilities
Provide direct patient care in a Medical/Surgical setting under the scope of a Registered Nurse
Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions and respond appropriately to changes in patient status
Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and facility protocols
Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with facility standards
Required Qualifications
Active RN license valid in the state of Florida (or compact license eligibility)
Minimum 1 year of travel nursing experience required
Medical/Surgical nursing experience
Ability to work every other weekend as required
Availability for holiday shifts per unit need
Preferred Experience / Skills
Experience in a high-acuity or fast-paced Med/Surg environment
Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems
