Key Responsibilities
Provide direct patient care in a Medical/Surgical unit setting during night shift hours
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans
Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure quality patient outcomes
Adhere to unit scheduling requirements, including every other weekend and holidays as needed by unit
Required Qualifications
Active RN license required
Minimum of 1 year of travel nursing experience required
Availability for contracts ranging from 36 to 48 hours per week
Willingness to work every other weekend
Availability for holiday shifts based on unit need
Preferred Experience / Skills
Prior experience in a Medical/Surgical inpatient setting
Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
