Contract | Mids | Onsite Key Responsibilities
Provide direct patient care in a Medical Surgical setting
Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions throughout assigned shifts
Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement patient care plans
Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and facility protocols
Participate in every other weekend rotation as required
Work any holidays that fall on a regularly scheduled shift
Required Qualifications
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Florida or compact eligibility
Expected 36 hours per week
Availability for every other weekend shifts
Availability to work holidays that fall on regularly scheduled shifts
Preferred Experience / Skills
Prior experience in a Medical Surgical unit
Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced inpatient environment
