Key Responsibilities
Provide direct patient care in a Medical/Surgical setting during night shift hours
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans
Document patient information and clinical findings accurately using Cerner OneChart EHR
Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure safe and effective patient outcomes
Monitor and respond to changes in patient condition, escalating as appropriate
Required Qualifications
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Kansas or compact licensure eligibility
Experience in a Medical/Surgical nursing environment
Proficiency or ability to work with Cerner OneChart EHR
Ability to work night shifts, including every other weekend rotation
Compliance with facility dress code: ceil blue scrubs required
Preferred Experience / Skills
Prior travel or contract nursing experience
Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills in a fast-paced Med/Surg environment
