Description:
Seeking a Registered Nurse for a float pool in a medical surgical setting.
The position requires a minimum of 2 years of experience.
First-timers will be considered based on experience.
Applicants must possess a valid RN license and current certifications in BLS and ACLS.
Candidates should have experience with a patient ratio of 5.
Travel experience is required.
Charting experience with Epic is mandatory.
Preferred skills include management of ports, blood product administration, and tracheostomy care/management.
The role involves floating between medical surgical floors and may include weekend coverage.
Additional competencies such as telemetry, IV management, and wound care are essential.
This position provides interdisciplinary support including physical therapy, respiratory services, and social services.
