- **Patient Ratios:** 1:6

**Requirements:**
- Required Skills: Med/Surg, nephrology, kidney transplants, renal care, dialysis experience.
- Must hold an ADN and BLS certification.
- Scheduling needs include 3 weekend shifts a month.
- Floating policy prioritizes agency/contract nurses.
- No on-call requirements!
