Flexibility with changing assignments during the shift
Description:
Unit has a strict 75-mile radius rule.
Experience required with 1 travel assignment.
The facility has a nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:6.
CNA support is provided with a ratio of 1:8, and generally 1:10.
Must be prepared to float to different units such as Ortho, Neuro, Oncology, Acute Care, and other designated areas.
ICU and ED staff may float to Cardiology and other critical care units.
All shifts are 12 hours in duration from 6:45 PM to 7 AM.
The facility has monitored telemetry on different units.
Advanced respiratory support, such as BIPAP and CPAP, is provided only at night.
A neonatal specialist is available in-house.
Pharmacy services are available 24/7.
A charting system is utilized for documentation.
Candidates must possess a minimum of one year of experience in a similar role.
