**Unit Highlights:**
- **Number of Beds:** 20
- **Patient Ratios:** 1:6
- **Unit Staffing Description:**
- Unit secretary available during the day
- Patient Care Technicians (PCTs) on-site
- Unit educator to assist staff
- **Type of Equipment:** Comprehensive supportive tools for optimal care.
- **Documentation System:** Meditech
- **Scheduling Requirements:**
- 3 weekend shifts per month
- **On Call Requirements:** None
- **Floating Policy:** Agency/Contract nurses float first
- **Patient Experience Requirements:** Commitment to patient satisfaction
**Hospital Certifications:** Level 1 trauma
**Candidate Profile:**
