Key Responsibilities of the Travel RN - Med Surg- Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in the Med Surg unit
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Monitor and document patient progress and changes in condition
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Educate patients and families on discharge instructions and ongoing care needs
Requirements of the Travel RN - Med Surg- Valid RN license
- Experience in a Med Surg setting
