**Exciting RN Opportunity in Med Surg - Night Shift**
**Job Description:**
- **Unit**: 2 West
- **Shift**: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM
- **Number of Beds**: 30
- **Patient Ratios**: 1:6
- **Unit Staffing**:
- 2-3 Tech Per Shift
- Clinical Coordinator (days vary)
- Charge Nurse
- Manager
- Director
- **Equipment Used**:
- Wound Vac
- Heparin GTT
- Suction
- IV Pumps
- Glucometers
- Bladder Scanner
- Feeding Pump
- Telemetry
- **Documentation System**: Editech
- **Scheduling**:
- Every other weekend and holiday rotation
- Block scheduling not guaranteed
- **Floating Policy**: Float between 2 North and 2 West
- **Patient Experience**:
- Maintain a positive attitude
- Meet needs of patients and families
- Service recovery as necessary
- Escalate any problems through the chain of command
