**Job Description:**
- **Position:** RN - Neuro Med/Surg
- **Location:** 2010 Brookwood Medical Ctr Dr, Birmingham, Alabama
- **Shift:** Night Shift (7PM to 7:15AM)
- **Weekly Guaranteed Hours:** 36
- **Weekend Hours:** Every other weekend
- **Call Requirements:** None
**Unit Details:**
- **Department:** Neuro (4th Floor)
- **Number of Beds:** 18
- **Patient Ratios:** 1:6
- **EMR System:** Cerner
- **Type of Patients:** Post neurosurgery & neuroscience patients
**Requirements:**
- **Certifications:** NIH Certification
- **Experience:** Minimum of 2 years in Neuro & Neurosurgery
- **Skills:** Strong clinical skills in neuro care, ability to work well in a team
- **Personality Fit:** Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and commitment to providing exceptional patient care
- **Float Requirements:** As needed
**Dress Code:**
- **Scrub Color:** Navy Blue
- **Unacceptable Attire:** No artificial fingernails
