Key Responsibilities of the RN - Med Surg- Provide high-quality care to medical/surgical patients
- Manage a patient ratio of 5-6:1
- Collaborate efficiently with healthcare team members
- Maintain a positive attitude and ensure timeliness in patient care
Requirements of the RN - Med Surg- Current RN license
- BLS certification required
- ACLS certification preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a level 1 trauma or mid-large hospital
