This role focuses on providing care in a medical/surgical admission unit, where you will work with general medical and surgical patients awaiting surgery. Ideal candidates will excel in fast-paced environments and work independently.

Key Responsibilities of the RN - Med Surg - Travel- Manage a patient ratio of 5:1 in a 10-bed unit
- Care for general medical patients and surgical patients awaiting surgery
- Facilitate rapid patient admissions to ensure efficient turnover
- Communicate clearly and effectively with patients and team members
- Work independently in a fast-paced environment
Requirements of the RN - Med Surg - Travel- Current RN license
- BLS and ACLS certifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in medical/surgical specialty
- Work history with no gaps greater than 60 days
- Completion of a skills checklist
- References and Nursys license verification
