Travel Nurse RN - Medical-Surgical - $1,921 per week in Wilmington, NC

Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse / Neuro Medical-Surgical Telemetry – North Carolina

Start Date: October 5, 2026

Location: Wilmington, North Carolina

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: Night shift, 36 or 48 hours per week, 13-20 week assignment available. Patient ratio 1:6. Every other weekend requirement (5-6 weekend shifts per contract). Orientation: 24 hours.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of RN experience required
• Current North Carolina RN license or Compact license
• ACLS and BLS certifications required
• NIHSS certification required
• Experience with telemetry monitoring, dysrhythmia interpretation and management, and starting/maintaining IVs
• Must pass EKG testing prior to start date
• Neuro experience strongly preferred
• Willingness to learn or previous charge nurse experience preferred
• Flu vaccine required (medical/religious exemptions only)
• Ability to work during catastrophic events or disaster situations as part of Storm/Hurricane Team assignment
