Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse, Medical/Surgical – Colorado
Start Date: November 16, 2026
Location: Englewood, Colorado
Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants
Schedule: Night shift, 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM. Patient ratio of 6:1 with LPN support. Unit staffing includes 1 charge nurse, 3 nurses, 1 LPN, and 1-2 PCTs per shift.
Highlights:
- Specialized 18-20 bed Medical/Surgical unit with focus on spine and post-operative care
- Work with an experienced team of 35 clinical staff members in a collaborative environment
- Utilize Meditech EMR system and advanced equipment including Hoyer lifts, wound vacs, and PCA pumps
- Engage in specialized wound and dressing care for post-operative burn and flap patients
- Benefit from strong support staff ratios with dedicated LPNs and Patient Care Technicians
- Travel nursing assignment in a competitive healthcare market
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of current hospital Medical/Surgical experience required
- Current BLS certification required
- Active Colorado RN license or ability to obtain prior to start date
- Burn care experience preferred
- Wound care and ostomy care experience preferred
- ACLS certification preferred
