Description:
The Registered Nurse will serve as an Acute Care Float, assigned by the nursing supervisor based on staffing needs.
Shifts will be from 6:45 AM to 7:15 PM, which includes a 30-minute lunch break.
Patient ratios will vary according to the unit's needs but are typically 1:6.
Candidates should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar acute care environment.
First-time travelers are considered for this position.
Every other weekend availability is required.
This role does not require on-call duties.
Candidates must possess experience with Cerner EMR.
The Registered Nurse will float to various units as needed.
Compliance details include mandatory scrubs in royal blue.
No pending licenses will be accepted; candidates must have an active license upon submission.
