· Patient Ratios : 5-6:1

· Unit staffing description- (unit secretaries and tech availability) : 1 PCT

· Type of equipment : general Med-surg

· Documentation system: meditech

· Scheduling requirements: 4 weekend shifts per 4 week schedule

· Floating policy: Facility medsurg

· Patient Experience requirements: 75%
