Requirements:
- Active Georgia RN license or compact state licensure with verification through Nursys

- Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required
- Current ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification required
- Complete work history and resume with no gaps exceeding 60 days
- Completed skills checklist and professional references
- Professional badge-appropriate photograph for credentialing
