**Exciting Opportunity for RNs in Orthopedics!**
**Job Description:**
- Join a dynamic team within a fast-paced Orthopedic and Med Surge unit!
- Work with 30 Ortho beds and 37 Med Surge beds, maintaining a patient ratio of 6:1.
- Collaborate with a skilled group of PCTs and SNEs, supported by a Unit Secretary during day shifts.
- Utilize Meditech for efficient documentation.
- Flexible scheduling in month increments (4 weeks); full-time roles require 4 weekend shifts!
- Floating policy includes taking patients in inpatient units and assisting in CCU and ED when needed.
**Ideal Candidate Profile:**
- Must possess a positive attitude and a willingness to work hard.
- Ability to manage a patient load effectively using teamwork strategies.
- **Required Certification:** BLS
- While advanced skills are a plus, all levels of experience are welcome to apply.
**Dress Code:**
- Scrub top and bottoms are required (no fleece, hoodies, or denim).
- Long sleeve shirts are permitted under scrub tops, and scrub jackets are allowed.
- Please wear closed-toe shoes; no shoes with holes or camo fabrics.
