Description:
We are seeking a Registered Nurse for a Medical Surgical position.
The role involves working in a fast-paced environment with a focus on patient care.
You will assist in managing patients with various medical and surgical needs.
A strong understanding of neuro and orthopedic procedures is essential.
The position requires working day shifts and includes some weekends and holidays.
Familiarity with administering blood products, managing surgical drains, and performing wound care is necessary.
You should be skilled in starting and maintaining IVs, as well as providing pre and post-operative care.
Experience with the use of Rapid Response and Code teams is beneficial.
Candidates must demonstrate strong communication skills and work well in an interdisciplinary team.
Knowledge of patient care protocols and adherence to safety standards is crucial.
