Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a Medical Surgical setting
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure quality patient outcomes
• Adhere to rotating weekend requirements, including every other weekend
• Work holidays that fall within regularly scheduled shifts as required

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license required
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a Medical Surgical unit
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
