Description:
This position is for a Medical Surgical Registered Nurse.
Candidates will care for stable remote telemetry monitored patients who are not on cardiac drips.
The patient ratio is 1:5.
Floating to like units may be required based on facility needs.
Weekends will be required as per the unit staffing schedule.
The unit accepts first-time travelers.
The facility provides interdisciplinary support including physical therapy, respiratory services, phlebotomy, radiology, social services, rapid response teams, pharmacy, and transportation.
Requirements include managing various patient conditions and understanding procedures such as wound care, IV management, and telemetry monitoring.
Traveler orientation will be provided.
