Description
Key Responsibilities
Provide direct patient care on a Medical/Surgical unit in an acute care setting
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans
Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure safe and effective patient outcomes
Monitor and document patient conditions, treatments, and responses throughout the night shift
Adhere to facility protocols, policies, and standards of nursing practice
Required Qualifications
Active RN license valid in Tennessee or compact state eligibility
Minimum of 2 years of Medical/Surgical nursing experience
Current BLS certification required
Ability to work 12-hour night shifts (7:00 PM - 7:00 AM)
Preferred Experience / Skills
Prior travel nursing experience in a Medical/Surgical setting
Familiarity with acute care electronic health record (EHR) systems
Strong adaptability and ability to integrate quickly into new clinical environments
