Schedule: Day or Night Shift available; 1:5 nurse-to-patient ratio; 36-bed surgical unit

- Professional development in high-acuity surgical nursing with exposure to complex post-operative care
Requirements:
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Tennessee or compact state
- Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required
- Strong time management and efficiency skills essential for fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration abilities
- Prior experience in post-operative surgical areas (vascular, bariatric, urology, general surgery, colorectal) strongly preferred
- Proficiency in wound care, IV therapy, catheter care, and surgical drain management
