TravelNurseSource is working with Malone Healthcare to find a qualified Med/Surg RN in Somerset, Kentucky, 42501!
Key Responsibilities
Provide direct patient care in a Medical/Surgical acute care setting
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans
Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure safe and effective patient outcomes
Monitor and document patient conditions, treatments, and responses throughout the shift
Adhere to facility policies, procedures, and clinical standards throughout the assignment
Required Qualifications
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license valid in the state of Kentucky or a compact state license
Minimum of 2 years of Med/Surg nursing experience
Current BLS certification required
Ability to work 12-hour day shifts (6:30 AM - 7:00 PM)
Preferred Experience / Skills
Prior travel nursing experience in an acute care environment
Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems
Strong adaptability and ability to integrate quickly into new clinical settings
