Key Responsibilities
Provide direct patient care in a Medical Surgical setting during night shift hours
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for assigned patients
Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure positive patient outcomes
Rotate schedule between 4×12-hour shifts one week and 3×12-hour shifts the following week
Work every other weekend as part of the standard schedule
Work holidays when they fall on a regularly scheduled shift
Required Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of Medical Surgical nursing experience
Active Mississippi RN license or valid compact nursing license
BLS certification through the American Heart Association (AHA) required
No call requirements
Must live at least 50 miles from the facility to be eligible
Preferred Experience / Skills
5 or more years of Medical Surgical nursing experience
ACLS certification
