• Meditech electronic medical record system for streamlined documentation and patient care coordination
• Opportunity to develop advanced clinical skills including IV therapy and catheter placement
• Flexible PRN floating policy, primarily between medical-surgical units
• Collaborative care environment emphasizing patient experience through BSSR protocols and hourly rounding standards

Requirements:

• Active RN license in good standing
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
• NIH Stroke Scale certification and CPI (Crisis Prevention Intervention) training preferred
• Strong clinical assessment skills with demonstrated competency in IV pump operation and Pyxis medication dispensing systems
• Experience with IV and Foley catheter placement procedures
• Professional appearance adhering to dress code standards (black or royal blue scrubs)
