Key Responsibilities of the RN - Med Surg - Travel

• Perform IV starts and NGT placement
• Provide wound care and manage cardiac rhythms
• Conduct lab draws and initiate IVs
• Maintain a positive attitude and meet patient and family needs
• Utilize clinical skills to deliver high-quality patient care
• Escalate issues through the chain of command as necessary

Requirements of the RN - Med Surg - Travel

• Current BLS certification
• Proficiency in IV starts and NGT placement
• Experience in wound care and cardiac rhythm interpretation
• Familiarity with using telemetry and related medical equipment
